Accountant

The Accountant ensures that cost and expense documents are accurately recorded and reflects revenue and expenses in accounting records while adhering to legislation, company regulations, and generally accepted accounting principles. Key responsibilities include: Monitoring and verifying revenues from sales management and ensuring timely bank deposits for sales proceeds (Office, BSP, Cargo, CASS, GSA). Providing financial statistical information, income, cost, and financing reports to the Sales Manager or superiors. Processing payments for approved expenditures and handling disbursements of allowances. Maintaining the annual cost budget sheet, monitoring costs against budget limits, and preventing over-expenditure. Communicating required activities to the certified public accountant and managing administrative affairs.

Education: Bachelor's degree or at least high school graduation. Experience: Preferably at least one year of experience in finance, accounting, monthly close, and financial reporting. Experience with SAP system is preferred. Technical Skills: Proficient knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and competency with MS Office products. Languages: Excellent command of English and local language(s). Legal: Valid work permit or citizenship (the company does not provide or assist with permits). Soft Skills: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in data analysis. Must demonstrate a sense of responsibility, proactive problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and as a collaborative team player in a fast-paced environment.
